The 45th Syndicate Meeting of Hamdard University Bangladesh was held on 11 March 2021 in its conference room at Hamdard Nagar, Gazaria, Munshiganj.  The Vice Chancellor of the University and Syndicate Chairman Prof. Dr. Md. Abdul Mannan presided over the meeting while the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BoT) and Dean of Unani and Ayurvedic Medicine Prof. Dr. Ak Azad Khan,  BoT member Lt. General Abu Tayeb Md. Zahirul Alam, rcgs, psc (Retd.),  BoT member & Deputy Managing Director of Hamdard Laboratories (Waqf) Bangladesh Mohammad Zamal Uddin (Russell), Pro Vice Chancellor of the University  Prof. Dr. Abul Khair, Treasurer of the University  Dr. Chowdhury Md. Babul Hassan, Dean (In charge), Faculty of Business Administration Dr. Farooq Hossan, Joint Sectretary (College-1) of  Education Ministry  Mr. Mukesh Chandra Biswas, and Registrar of the University Dr. Md. Moazzom Hossain were present in the meeting.

The meeting recommended the various academic and administrative issues to the Board of Trustees for final approval.
